Franco Audito, the founder of STUDIO 65 and the author of the project together with Sampaniotou, Garizio, Paci, Pozzo, Schiappa, and Tartaglia, recalls that it was designed as a symbol of sensuality and beauty for the fitting of a health club.
Since then Gufram’s Bocca has become a cult, a timeless pop icon.
Its uniqueness and authenticity is celebrated today and shown at the Maxxi museum in Rome, within the 100% Original Design exhibit promoted by Elle Decor and open until 4 January, 2015.
